score: 1333
Why did I get so much score? I just started playing and its really getting very confusing though I think this game is ultra cool!

Next time it is more useful to post the complete FULL battlereport. You post now only the losses.
Your:
24 fighters 1 mp per fighter = 1 points per fighter TOTAL: 24
8 kamikazes 1 mp per kamikaze = 1 points per kamikaze TOTAL: 280
-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
TOTAL: 304
Enemy:
8 cruisers 60 mp per cruiser = 60 points per cruiser TOTAL: 480
11 apollos 120 mp per appollo = 120 points per appollo TOTAL: 1320
-----------------------------------------------------------------------+
TOTAL: 1800
Score = Enemy TOTAL points - Your TOTAL points = 1800 - 304 = 1496
The difference between my score and your score is that you didn't post the complete br.
You can get this much because you class 1 fights class 3. And a lower class fighting a higher class benefits the lower class mostly. This comes because the lower class is cheaper and can have more ships than the higher.

Apollo Cruiser and Dreadnought is good to fight class 2
But not class 1
And the Kamikaze are created to destroy high classes ships
Vectorian, you have use one of the best combination to destroy class 3

i think this line is confusing because its wrong...
but all the other things are right and without a complete battlereport there isnt much to be added...
and the reply of darklim can also help to plan tactics and understand the use of ships
