Another stupid invention!
Description and battel syntax is not egal to each other.
If you look at the description, i see this ship increase the fire power with 10%. Why want i have ships with 10% extra firepower?
A cruisers what has 110 attack? With 100 attack i can kill an other cruiser too!
A fighter with 1,1 attack to attack a fighter with 1 life? 1.1 attack is not possabille.
A destroyer with 11 attack? 10 attack is enough to destroy a normall class 2 ship. But i pay 3600 mp, so i can not use 3600 mp for other ships.
So to all players, STOP WITH THIS STUPID INVENTIONS!

I am guessing the inventor must hate Major/Minor Reconstructor, and haven't figure out a way to defeat them.
Still horrible idea.

UGH, this is even worse that most. So my ships get +10% ap, IF I BUILD THIS, THERE WILL BE NO SHIPS LEFT TO MODIFY!
