ICP, Ape2 and others are also our allies cause we are allies of the Pentician Alliance.

HAV was founded by Thora of Good Hope. I joined it. Then lowvoice joined it, and we were flooded by wolfpacs, so I left and lowvoice took over control. So HAV is not an original alliance and not an wolfpac-Evolution one.
