The admins didn't delete your account, because now you can invent new ships.
And don't have to register for the new round, because your ruler en planet name are already preregisterd for the next round, so that nobody get your ruler or planet name.
Between the last 2 rounds there was a month rest for everyone.

I will use other e-mail address, and don't register the actual e-mail
And will announce the registration in 1 week before the round start

it is a service that your accounts are reserved. if you want to have another account just wait until the beginning of next round, your emails will be free again
