Cannot even set it to my planet's coords!
(Cookies enable, cache disabled).

did you send a probe to "access of everybody", or "enemy of access"?
i had the same problem, i eliminated them from my com-list and the problem was solve
...
dont ask why i sent the probe there

Acces of everybody, if he is in your comlist, remove him and try again.
Acces of everybody and ennemy of acces
Those two are the guest accounts and have coords somewhere around 900/900/90 and are therefor at the edge of space (like 15 days flight to the closest player) if they appear in your comlist, you also have them in your map, what is known to cause problems with zoom etc. sometimes.
